We have reached our last box of 100 watt clear bayonet bulbs - once they are gone we can’t get any more!
The manufacturers had stockpiled what they thought would be 1 to 2 years worth of stock but it has flown out of their warehouses. I expect alot of lamps will end up on ebay in a few months time for ridiculous prices! We have not raised our prices and we dont intend to.
There are alot of new lamps coming onto the market at the moment to address the new EU regulations and we will be putting the ones we think are best on the site once we are happy with them - in the meantime we still have plenty of 100 watt bayonet pearl lamps on the shelf.

The Royal Mail Strikes do not effect us in any way, we do not use them, we use UPS for all our deliveries.
They have dedicated vehicles with shelving so the drivers do not have to climb over the packages to get to yours so they don’t break them.
So please carry on ordering your lamps and tubes and you will receive them promptly as usual regardless of any chaos elsewhere.

By the impending strikes.
We use UPS it costs 6.75 per delivery, but they are very good and provide excellent information to enable you to track your delivery.
We find they are most helpful if you are not in when they call they arrange with you directly when to call back.

Triple life lamps have fallen foul of the new EU regulations and we are not allowed to import or manufacture them any more.
We do still have some left in stock, but no chance of getting more.
The best alternative is the Energy saving halogen bulbs which do exactly the same job as the triple life lamps but are more energy efficient.
They are still filament lamps, not fluorescent, so they give the same texture of light, you can dim them and they come on instantly just like normal light bulbs, no flicker or strobing possible.
If anything they are a bit brighter than the “old style” filament lamps even though they burn less energy.
These comply with the EU regulations so we will be able to supply these for the foseeable future

Using your existing fitting, no rewiring required, you just change the old tube for our new module that goes in instead and you have an new 8ft tube which gives 30% more light than before, it will last twice as long and better still it will use only half the electricity the old tube does.
Too good to be true?
No it is isn’t, it is a brilliant new product.
It gets even better it converts your old fluorescent fitting into a new high frequency one so you are just using the old carcas but the electronics are new. it starts instantly no flickering or strobing up there with the very best new light fittings.
Must be expensive?
Not really a new 8ft tube is now £ 18.00 and a new fitting at least twice that plus the wiring cost and upheaval so at £ 42.75 it is very good value and it will pay for itself with the energy savings.
What you are getting is effectively a new high frequency fitting using the most efficient and energy saving tubes available which last twice as long and cost half as much to run, no rewiring no hassle a simple DIY change.
We don’t often get excited about new products but this one is an out and out winner, it solves a very real problem and then pays for itself by costing half as much to run.
If you have a factory or shop full of 8ft fittings or if you just have one in your garage it is the answer to your prayers, it is a genuine solution to the 8ft fluorescent tube problem and means you can keep you 8ft fittings as long as you want to.
