We aim to deliver next day and use overnight carriers City Link to do this. Sometimes this is not possible because items may be temporarily out of stock or if the order is received late in the day and the warehouse is very busy.

The cost of carriage is £6.00 (plus vat) to any mainland UK address regardless of size or quantity.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service. I recently placed an order for a Smilite replacement fitting and tube, the advice you gave on the phone was excellent and the fitting arrived within 48 hours of placing the order - not bad the week before Christmas. The light was easy to fit and nothing was missing. My local electrical supplier wanted to charge me Â£31.50 for the tube alone and said it would be February at the earliest. Well done to you!!
