We aim to deliver next day and use overnight carriers City Link to do this. Sometimes this is not possible because items may be temporarily out of stock or if the order is received late in the day and the warehouse is very busy.

The cost of carriage is £6.00 (plus vat) to any mainland UK address regardless of size or quantity.

Holiday shutdown - open again on 3rd September

Our computer systems are being upgraded next week.
This means we will not be able to process orders for 4 days.
And so we are taking the opportunity to have a STAFF HOLIDAY for all of the staff.
It would not be fair to pick out someone to leave behind so we are all going.
Please be patient it is only 4 working days and we will deal with everything very quickly when we return on the 3rd September.
Please send emails or leave voice mail messages if you feel the need to contact us in the meantime.

Colleagues pointed out that the past few news items have all been a bit negative, nothing uplifting and joyous.

Well it is 12 months since we re-loacted to Tavistock from Exeter and it has been an outstanding sucess.

The larger warehouse and offices has meant we have been able to deal with the increased level of business and in the main we have been able to maintain a good level of service.
Thank you for your custom during the year.

As a reward to our hardworking staff there is going to be a staff holiday trip in late August, this will coincide with the bank holiday.
So we will be shut for a whole four days when we should be open.
Your orders will still be accepted, but during that week the 27th to th 31st August orders will not be despatched.
As you may know we are a family firm and it would unfair to single out someone to leave behind to hold the fort when I am sure everyone can survive a few days delay on a delivery of lightbulbs just once in the year.
We will be back on the 3rd September refreshed and raring to go.
