The ulitmate “NITE LITE”!
What a disaster, just as you are putting your child to bed the night light blows a bulb!
Fear not! This new LED uses just one watt of power and should last around 12 years!
You can find it in the LED section.

New Product, Low Energy Long Life Striplight
Posted on @ 3:03 pm [Comments (1)]

Often used in shaver lights, picture and sign lights and over snooker table score boards!
This is a direct retro-fit for the 30 watt incandescent (with filament) strip light; this lamp turns it into a fluorescent light!
The benefits of fluorescents are long life and low energy use, hence the title of this post!
Presentation is everything and a light bulb out looks bad!
This one should outlast six fold its predecessor so that’s 5 less lamps to change! And low energy use all that time!

Picture lights or strip lights

Long life and low energy picture lights have always been a problem, the normal filament ones have a very short life and are very fragile, any kind of knock or a voltage spike will often cause them to fail.
Finally we have a fluorescent replacement which will fit in your existing light fittings, you don’t have to change a thing. not a thing.
They come in both lengths 221mm and 284mm they are of course opal you (cannot have clear low energy lamps) but only in 30 watt equivalent.
We have measured the light output and it is exactly the same or possibly a bit brighter than the 30 watt opal filament version and we reckon it is a brilliant product.
They will work in picture lights, pelmet lighting , display case lighting in fact anywhere where the conventional lamps are used.
The best bits are that they only burn 7 watts insted of 30 watts and will last for 8000 hours rather the between 600 and 1000 hours.
They are short supply at the moment so order them early to make sure you are first in the queue.
