Description of Low Energy Floodlight

These are a good alternative to the traditional filament security light. They can also replace orange sodium light with a white light - something we get asked for regularly!

The bulbs are included in the price and they have a life of 8000 hours which is about 2 years of continuous burn time making them a low maintenance ‘fit and forget' option.

Significant energy saving over filament security lights.

They can be used with PIRs and photocells - subject to minimum switch time.

They body of the fitting is polycarbonate so is ideal for harsh environments.

IP65 rating.

As the lamp is self ballasted there is no control gear to go wrong and it is very simple to wire up.

The larger wattage fittings have two lamps in them sat side by side so the body is wider.
