Description of Single Ended UV Tube

These lamps are used in water and air disinfection units. They have pins at only one end and are very thin at only 19mm in diameter

SAFETY: WHEN OPERATING THESE LAMPS GIVE OUT UVC RADIATION - DO NOT VIEW WITHOUT COMPLETE PROTECTION FOR SKIN AND EYES!

They have a special coating that ensures optimum UVC maintenance throughout their life (which is 9,000 to 11,000 hours) and they do not produce ozone.

It is a good idea to change them annually particularly if they are being used to purify drinking water

For simplicity and to avoid the wrong lamp being used we have only listed the most common single ended TUV tubes here but there are many more available, please contact us if we don't list the one you need

We can also supply TUV tubes that have pins at both ends and lamps that have a single pin at both ends, please contact us for details so we can be sure of supplying the correct product
