Description of Halosaver Spotlights

These are the newest addition to the 'ordinary' spotlight range

They are dimmable and will directly replace your old style spotlight!

They are NOT fluorescent so are ideal if you don't get on with the usual low energy bulbs

It's very easy to change to these new lamps - just take out the old lamp and replace it with one of these - no modification is necessary

They have 2000 hour life - which is twice the life of the old style bulbs - and all the time they save you a bit of energy

The wattage comparisons are as below with the new wattages on the left and the old wattage equivalent on the right:

25 watt = 30 watt old style
28 watt = 40 watt
42 watt = 60 watt

70 watt = 100 watt

These are incandescent light bulbs, which is one which produces light by heating a filament in an inert gas

The R39 is 39mm across the face of the lamp and 70mm tall
The R50 is 50mm across the face of the lamp and 87mm tall
The R64 is 64mm across the face of the lamp and 104mm tall
The R80 is 80mm across the face of the lamp and 118mm tall

The bases are standard Screw and Small Screw

The rated life is 2000hrs which is approximately 6 months continuous burn time
