Description of Par 38 Spotlights

These are very robust lights that can be used outdoors they are quite heavy and so the light fitting needs to be securely fixed

You can choose either a tightly focused spotlight or a wide angle flood style which will light up a wider area dependent on the use you have in mind. So they are also a floodlight!

They are 240 volt with and ES (E27) base

Popular in garden lighting and suitable for smaller building or garden illumination where you don't want to go to the expense of proper floodlights

Saying that they are not a low energy lamp where as the metal halide floodlights are low energy lighting

They measure 123mm across the front of the lamp and are 136mm tall

There is a low energy version now available
