Lighting Festoon Kit including bulbs

We have found a lower priced festoon that is still good quality. We are happy it will last you a while but will not break the bank

It comes in two lengths: 10 metres 10 lamp and 20 metres 20 lamp

It is made with high quality, high strength round rubber coated cable and is suitable for outdoor use

It comes complete with a standard 3 pin wall plug and also includes Red, Yellow, Green and Blue bulbs so is literally ready to go right out of the box

There is a 2 metre lead in to the first lampholder

If you want other bulbs then you need to have bulbs with an ES (or Screw) base. You can either use Golfball lamps or ordinary light bulbs (max 25 watt)

If you want something a more substantial then we recommend the Rubber Festoon Harness - it is a bit more pricey but is a very high quality product and can be left up all year round

We have sourced a good quality festoon harness at last!

For some time we have had samples which did not come up to scratch but these are great!

They take normal bayonet light bulbs either GLS (Ordinary bulbs) or 45mm GOLFBALLS of 25 watts or lower (you need to be careful with the longer festoons as the amperage can build up quite quickly - if in doubt please give us a call for information)

These festoons are suitable for outside use all year round and they come with a weatherproof plug (Its a round 3 pin one - not your usual 3 pin wall plug)

There is a 3 metres of cable before the first lampholder.

We don't supply the lamps with them as everybody wants something different

Coloured, opaque and clear light bulbs are available elsewhere on the website.

Prices are for a box of 10 solid colour bayonet lightbulbs you can order multiples of 10 once you press the buy now button.
Special prices for volume orders for carnival floats etc
Also we can supply screw base coloured lamps to order.
You can use the 15 and 25watts lamps outdoors but the 40 and 60 watt lamps gets too hot for outside use.
Please contact us for a quotation if you need a lot of coloured lightbulbs.

Coloured filament spot lights are not suitable for outdoor use as they get too hot, look at the PAR spotlights for this use.
They are ideal for disco or mood lighting.

There are only certain combinations available off the shelf - but the site wont let you order a combination that doesnt exist!

The R50 Lamp is available in SES base and 25 Watts

The R64 Lamp is available in ES base and 40 Watts

The R80 Lamp is available in ES and BC base and 60 Watts

This slimline floodlight can be mounted to flood your garden or building with coloured light, the green especially makes gardens look spectacular!

Metal Halide has been too expensive in the past but the prices have come down considerably.

The running costs are low and the floodlight is the smallest available in 70 watts. It puts out as much light as a 400 watt Tungsten Halogen light with much less power consumption.

These are new and brilliant, these lamps actually produce coloured light there are no filtes screen celluliod, gel or cinamoids.
Ideal for landscaped areas, trees and washing buildings.
If your building is a bit dull you can really change it's appearance with these lamps.
Indoors you can create amazing effects.

Large high power spotlights particularly useful for outside use as they are very durable.

There is no reason not to use them indoors but there are many other products to do that job.

They are only available in 80 watt and screw base.

Rather oddly there is only one manuacturer who now does the Amber Par 38 so it is priced quite differently from the other colours. We will continue to search for an alternative supplier. Due to the difference in price we are unable to include Amber in the mixed colours option

Please note:The purple Par 38 bulb is not as good as we'd like but we offer it anyway because there is a surprising demand for them and it is the only one available on the market!

These are beautiful llittle lamps they have coloured glass fronts and a coloured reflector.
beware of cheap coated versions the colour comes off very quickly.
They are great for atmosphere as well as display and the quality is superb.
You can choose from either 35 mm diameter or 50mm diameter.
The mixed boxes will be random but should include all colours.

Excellent for accent or mood lighting very high quality light output which does not fade with age. colour will not peel as it is internal and part of the reflector.
These are a high quality product far superior to coated lamps.
They are mains voltage and do not need a transformer.
